Absolutely decent place to stay. Extremely helpful staff helped us with any problems, served great breakfasts and was always ready to answer questions. Rooms are spacious, cosy and clean. Private parking was also an advantage.
We stayed there a few days and all i can do is recommend this hotel : - Very clean and well decorated rooms and commons - Friendly staff, who were nice enough to let us park our car in the parking a few days while we were in Guatemala
We only stayed one night . I was impressed with on how clean everything was. The beds are VERY comfortable, just perfect! The staff were helpful. Only a few blocks from the main plaza.
Beautiful interior design, free parking, friendly and helpful staff, within walking distance from town's main strip for good food and other needs, competitive prices, clean rooms, warm showers, large beds, lovely common areas accessible to all guests.
A wonderful hotel in the heart of Palenque. The room was spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning. The bathroom was a little basic, but worked quite well. The location is not as convenient for the ruins as other places - it's a 5-10 minute walk to the roundabout where colectivos to the ruins pick up, but is central for evening dinner options. The included breakfast is good.
An adequate, semi comfortable room. The breakfast was not my favorite. But, I think alot of travelers would find it sufficient. Staff moved us to a ground floor room because one of us is using a cane.
Good hotel, in the center. Great for exploring Palenque ruins. Room is large and has airco. They already gave our room at 8 in the morning as we arrived early with the night bus
